ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) marketing

The French agri-foodstuff group DANONE announced the acquisition of a stake in the marketing company THE VALUE SYSTEM alongside the venture capital company GALILEO PARTNERS and OMD - OPTIMUM MEDIA DIRECTION. The three partners have invested a total of FF 52.3 million in the capital and DANONE is the largest shareholder.
