The management and strategy consultancy SOLVING INTERNATIONAL (turnover of EUR 56.5 million in 2000) concluded an agreement covering the takeover of the British group EFESO CONSULTING (turnover of EUR 8.34 million in 2000 with 55 consultants). SOLVING INTERNATIONAL will acquire 60% of the capital initially and will have the possibility of buying the remainder in the future.
