The British company BA - BRITISH AIRWAYS will sell its low fare subsidiary GO (turnover of GBP 159.7 million in the financial year ending in March) to the British venture capital fund 3I for GBP 110 million. Since November, BA has been looking to sell-off its GO subsidiary. See EI of 8 November.
