ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) aircraft

The European aircraft manufacturer AIRBUS announced the acquisition of a 30% stake in the capital of the American TENZING, specialised in Internet access in aircraft for an amount valuing the American company at some USD 148 million. The exact amount of the transaction has not been disclosed, but it is thought to total some USD 50 million.
