First meeting of the two Military Committees - EU and NATO to deal with each other on an equal footing

Brussels, 13/06/2001 (Agence Europe) - The first meeting of NATO's Military Committee and of the European Union's Military Committee was held at NATO Headquarters on 12 June.The meeting was foremost devoted to an exchange of information (see below). The two Military committees will meet again in the autumn.
