Green light to acquisition of Sanitec by BC Funds

Brussels, 07/06/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission authorised the planned acquisition of the Finnish manufacturer of ceramic bathrooms Sanitec Oyj Abp by the equity fund manager, BC European Capital Funds. The latter controls the German company Grohe, specialised in the design, manufacture and marketing of sanitary taps and mixers as well as non-ceramic cisterns and flushing valves.
