Brussels, 18/05/2001 (Agence Europe) - For the first time, the cabinet of a German Land (Brandenburg) will gather in Brussels, on 22 May. On this occasion, the Minister-President Manfred Stolpe, the Minister for European Affairs Kurt Schelter and other members of the Cabinet must meet several European Commissioners (notably Mrs Schreyer and Mr Verheugen and Mr Barnier), as well as the Belgian Prime Minister Guy Verheugen and the President of the Committee of the Regions Jos Chabert.
