The fourth largest Belgian broker, ATELIA, has just finalised a strategic partnership with the British company JARDINE LLOYD THOMPSON (JLT) and the French SIACI. These two last companies constitute the 4th largest world brokerage network. JSP BELGIQUE, joint subsidiary of JLT and SIACI, will buy a 20% stake in ATELIA CORPORATE. After a three year period, ATELIA HOLDING and JSP BELGIQUE should find themselves equal in the capital ATELIA CORPORATE .
