The French GUY DEGRENNE (turnover of EUR 142.3 million in 2000) concluded reciprocal partnership agreements with the Finnish group HACKMAN (turnover of EUR 315.8 million in 2000 of which 41% in entertainment via its subsidiary DESIGNOR). According to the agreement, GUY DEGRENNE should take control of the development and production of the HACKMAN cover range. At the same time, the latter will design and manufacture the cooking utensils of GUY DEGRENNE.
