Japan's number one automobile manufacturer TOYOTA is to pay 66.3 bn yen to take control of HINO MOTORS, Japan's foremost truck manufacturer. Through a capital increase of close to 66.3 bn yen, TOYOTA will thus increase its stake from 36.6% to 50.1%.
