Belgium's TRACTEBEL, energy subsidiary of France's SUEZ, is preparing to pool all its Thai activities into a single holding company. TRACTEBEL will have a 60% stake in he company and is seeking a partner for the remaining 40%. TRACTEBEL has four power plants in Thailand, which between them achieve between 6 and 7% of the turnover in the electricity and gas sector (BEF 190 million).
