ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) engineering

According to Le Figaro Economie, France's ALSTOM is seeking takers for two of its businesses: CONTRACTING (formerly CEGELEC: electrical engineering: turnover of 2.3 bn euro) and POWER CONVERSION (systems for different industrial applications; 700 million euro turnover). The sale of these businesses could bring in 750 million for ALSTOM.
