France's DANONE is to take control of the leader of the bottled water market in Indonesia AQUA (turnover equivalent to 91 million euro in 2000, with a production of 1.8 bn liters, 12 plants and 9,500 employees), taking its share to 74%, against its previous 40%. The cost of the transaction has not been revealed.
