21/03/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Cercle Europeen de Confrontations chaired by the MEP Philippe Herzog is organising on 22 March, at the European Parliament in Brussels, a seminar on the theme "the participation of civil society: what priorities for the governance of the European Union?". Among the participants, other than Mr Herzog, will be Jerome Vignon advisor to President Prodi on governance, and Anne-Marie Sigmund, President of group III in the European Economic and Social Committee.
