19/03/2001 (Agence Europe) - The parliamentary dimension of the ACP/EU partnership and the importance for development of conflict prevention and settlement were among the main themes of the inaugural speeches for the ACP/EU Joint Assembly, which opened on Monday, in Libreville (Gabon). EUROPE will come back with more details tomorrow on the work of the Assembly.
