ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) telecommunications

According to the Madrid daily ABC, Spain's ENDESA has begun talks with TELECOM ITALIA to sell the latter the 28% stake it has in the Spanish telecommunications company AUNA in which the Italian operator has a 27% stake. ENDESA estimates its share at 5.6 bn euro.
