ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) video games

The video game publisher UBI SOFT is on the verge to acquiring the games business of THE LEARNING COMPANY from GORE TECHNOLOGIES. The France firm would thus own a business with an annual turnover of 40 million euro. The cost of the transaction has not been revealed.
