CANTIERE DEL PARDO, number one in leisure yachts in Italy, is to take a 43% stake in the French shipyard DUFOUR YACHTS at the end of a capital increase. Following the operation, the reference shareholders UEI and ABN AMRO will have a 51% stake in the French shipyard.
