07/03/2001 (Agence Europe) - On 21 March, its tenth anniversary, ECAS (Euro Citizen Action Service) is organising at the European Parliament a seminar on the consultation and involvement of citizens in "European governance", which will serve to prepare its contribution to the European Commission's White Paper on this subject, to come out this summer.
