Discussions of foreign ministers on Monday to focus on financial situation of Palestinian Authority and economic consequences the blockade of the Territories

Brussels, 23/02/2001 (Agence Europe) - The debate on the Middle Eat will take up a good part of the agenda of Monday's General Affairs Council, first in session and then over lunch. In this period of uncertainty marked by the change in the Administration in the United States and Government in Israel, the foreign ministers will discuss the peace process but should especially focus on the financial situation of the Palestinian authority.
