ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) transport

CONNEX, transport arm of the French VIVENDI ENVIRONMENT, acquired 50% of the capital in the Danish bus transportation company COMBUS (more that 1,000 buses in Denmark) for a total of EUR 30 million. With this acquisition, CONNEX will hold more than 25% of the market share for bus transportation in Denmark.
