ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) brewing

The Dutch brewer HEINEKEN and BAYERISCHE BRAUHOLDING (German SCHORGHUBER group) have announced the creation of a joint venture named BRAUHOLDING INTERNATNAL AG. The German will be a 50.1% shareholder of the new company while the Dutch will retain 49.9%. Furthermore, this operation will enable HEINEKEN to enter as a minority shareholder into the German brewers PAULANER and KULMBACHER, respectively 50% and 62.66% held by BAYERISCHE BARUHOLDING, as well as by the Chilean company INVERSIONES Y...
