Brussels, 15/02/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Union has decided to take definitive anti-dumping measures against imports of ammonium nitrate from Poland and Ukraine. The additional duties, to be paid by incriminated traders over the next five years, vary between 20.65 to 33.25 euros per tonne, depending on the case. The procedure aimed at the same substance imported from Lithuania is, on the other hand, definitively closed.
