BRIOCHE PASQUIER (FF 2.17 bn turnover in 2000), France's number one manufacturer of industrial Viennese pastries, has taken a 51% stake in the industrial bakers' PRODUCTOS RECONDO, based in the Spanish Basque country. This SME, specialised in dried bakeries, has a turnover of FF 170 million and a staff of 140.
