22/01/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe decided on Monday to grant the Federal Parliament of Yugoslavia the status of special guest. It will greet a delegation of seven Yugoslav parliamentarians who may participate in debates without for that having the right to vote. Created in 1989, this status enables parliamentarians of a candidate country to be associated in the work of the Assembly.
