Brussels, 05/01/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission is inviting the young citizens of the EU, aged between seven and twenty three years of age, to confront their knowledge of environmental issues, their vision of the future of the planet and their creativity by taking part in five competitions that will finish at the end of January.
