SEAT PAGINE GIALLE (TELECOM ITALIA group) will be raising to 100% its stake in Germany's TELEGATE HOLDING AG, a telephone information company in which it is already approximately 51% owner. The Italian group will be buying, "in the early months of 2001", the 48.63% owned by RSL COM in exchange for 150.58 millions SEAT PG shares, worth EUR 300 million.
