Brussels, 28/12/2000 (Agence Europe) - European Commissioner Pascal Lamy has welcomed Lithuania's accession to the World Trade Organisation, which now counts 140 members, of which the two other Baltic States, Estonia and Latvia, all also candidates for EU membership.
