Commission approves joint venture between Babcock Borsig, mg Technologies and SAP

Brussels, 09/11/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has given the go-ahead for an operation whereby the Germany companies Babcock Borsig AG, mg Technologies and SAMarkets GmbH from the SAP Group will set up the joint venture ec4ec to create and manage a world electronic marketplace for plant and machinery construction.
