ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) internet

According to the Spanish daily Expansion, the Spanish operator JAZZTEL is negotiating the sale of its Internet subsidiary YACOM to the German DEUTSCHE TELEKOM for some 500 million euro. YACOM will be controlled by T-ONLINE, Internet subsidiary of DEUTSCHE TELEKOM, which will pay 100 million euro in cash and the rest in shares.
