The Norwegian operator TELENOR and Britain's BRITISH TELECOM have agreed to take their respective shares in the Swedish group TELENORDIA (179 million euro turnover in 1999 with 400,000 customers) to 50%, sharing, for 2.48 bn Norwegian kroner, the 33.3% stake held by TELEDANMARK. The three partners each held a third of the capital in the Swedish operator.
