The Swedish bank SEB has offered SEK 2 billion to the shareholders of the Baltic banks UHISBANK OF ESTONIA, UNIBANKA OF LATVIA and VILNIAUS BANKAS OF LITHUANIA. The three banks, which together have a stock exchange value of an estimated SEK 2.8 billion with total assets of 25 billion, have a total clientele of 760,000 individual accounts and 114,000 company accounts.
