Commission expects to receive new proposals mid September on transfer of players organised this week within FIFA

Brussels, 28/08/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission confirmed on Monday that it expects to receive a proposal mid September from the international football federation, FIFA, modifying the current system of compensation for transfer of football players.
