Commission authorises acquisition of Metsa CorRugated by SCA packaging under certain conditions

Brussels, 28/08/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission gave its assent to the exclusive take over of the company Metsa Corrugated by SCA Packaging (Sweden). 100% subsidiary of Svenska Cellulosa AB, a Swedish company from the wood sector specialised in the manufacturing of hygiene products, packaging aimed at transport and graphic paper, SCA produces corrugated cases that it distributed throughout the EU.
