Brussels, 18/08/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has decided to refer Belgium to the European Court of Justice and send reasoned opinions to Germany and the United Kingdom for the incorrect application of European public procurement legislation. In each of these cases, the public authorities have not respected the obligation to conduct open and competitive tendering procedures.
