ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) energy

Spain's ENDESA has made a bid for 40% of the capital in the Brazilian electricity distributor company CERJ for some 54 bn pesetas. ENDESA and its 64% Chilean subsidiary ENERSIS already hold a 60% stake.
