Please read: "The proposal by Jan Mulder to address the Fléchard case and possibly other similar cases separately from the 1998 discharge seems to be gaining support" (from MEPs). If this tendency is confirmed, the EP could consequently decide to separate handlign of the Fléchard case from the 1998 discharge in order to address the general issues raised by this case (clearance of accounts, calculation of fines,...
