ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) television

JUPITER TELECOMMUNICATIONS and TITUS COMMUNICATIONS, the two largest Japanese cable television operators, are on the verge of merging next July. The future company will maintain the name JUPITER and will become the largest cable operator in Japan with a Capital of 75 billion Yen. In total it will control 28 cable channels with 660,000 subscribers.
