Parliament approves, with amendments, the European Year of Languages programme (2001)

Strasbourg, 18/04/2000 (Agence Europe) - With its adoption of the report by Portuguese Christian Democrat Vasco Graça Moura, the European Parliament approved at first reading under the codecision procedure the decision establishing the European Year of Languages 2001.
