ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) automobile

The American constructor FORD announced a huge reorganisation of its capitalisation structure. It notably introduced onto the stockmarket its automobile equipment subsidiary VISTEON. Furthermore, it proposed to its shareholders the exchange of its old Ford shares against new ones and a payment of USD 20 per share or the distribution of new share for an equivalent amount.
