The British firm PREMIUM PETCARE, specialised in mail-order and Internet sales of products and services for pets, has bought COMPAGNONS DU FOYER (France). The British venture had turnover of FRF 10 million in France in 1999 out of a total of between FRF 45 and 50 million.
