ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) press

The press group LA STAMPA (Italian group FIAT) has acquired 15% of MIDI LIBRE for around FRF 95 million. The operation will take place via a new company called LA STAMPA EUROPE SAS, which will buy 10% from PIERRE FABRE pharmaceutical laboratories and 5% from various small shareholders.
