The German companies LUFTHANSA and DEUTSCHE POST are going to consolidate their 25% shares in DHL INTERNATIONAL into a new structure called AEROLOGIC GMBH. Further, the two partners are going to create a subsidiary that will develop "business to business" e-commerce, named E-LOGIC GMBH.
