ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) automotive equipment

DUARTE (France), a maker of coach prototypes, mechanical tools and molds for the automotive inudstry, has paid an undisclosed amount for fellow French company ATLANMOLD (annual turnover of FRF 220 million for a workforce of 250 and two production sites), an operation that will enable it to grow 60%. The new venture is expected to have turnover of between FRF 720 and 750 million this year with a workforce of 900.
