ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) electrical household goods

The Italian group EL.FI - ELETTRO FINANZARIA has announced that it now has a 23% stake in MOULINEX, thereby strengthening it status as foremost shareholder, and that it had not ruled out taking control. With that in mind, EL.FI has proposed a "strategic alliance" with its French subsidiary BRANDT *1.5 bn euro turnover in 1999) to th French firm.
