In France, FRANCIAFLEX INDUSTRIES (annual turnover of FF 600 million with some one thousand workers on five sites) has taken over FERMOBA HOLDING (PVC carpentry; FF 800 million turnover in 1999 with a workforce of 1,550), in receivership.
