The Spanish firm CAMPOFRIO has provided details for its public bid for its compatriot OSCAR MAYER. It is offering 1,175 pesetas a share, valuing the company at 14.7 bn pesetas. 54.48% of the shareholders have already announced that they are to sell their shares. See EI of 23 March.
