The Swedish holding company INVSTOR and the Swiss-Swedish group ABB - ASEA BROWN BOVERI (electrical equipment) have announced the creation of a venture-capital company with a capital of 1 bn euro and called B-BUSINESS PARTNERS responsible for developing electronic commerce between companies (e-commerce business to business) in Europe. ABB and INVESTOR will each inject 300 million euro into the new company.
