The British server FREESERVE and British bank BARCLAYS have announced the creation of a joint-venture to offer banking services over the Internet to small and medium-sized companies in which they are both to invest £10 million. FREESERVE would have a 60% stake in the company and BARCLAYS the remaining 40%.
