Commission proposes increasing maximum length of buses to 15 meters

Brussels, 24/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission is proposing increasing the maximum length of non-articulate buses to 15 meters throughout the EU, whereas now it is 12 meters in certain Member States. The width would be limited to 2.55 m. The maximum length of articulated buses would remain unchanged at 18 meters.
